Huge Global hit Glee quickly established itself as the #1 new hit comedy series of the season. Its tremendous performance led to significant ratings achievements, often exceeding projections by a large margin. The series’ momentum held up so strongly that ratings for the Dec 9 finale were 23% higher than the premiere in Toronto and 40% higher in Calgary for A18-49! With two hit soundtracks, a plethora of charting iTunes downloads, Golden Globe and SAG awards, and most recently a slate of concert dates featuring the cast, the anticipation for the second half of the season is enormous. Gleefully returning April 13th
Glee, the fan obsessed and critically acclaimed television hit sensation, is back on Global! The Glee club members of McKinley High return from their victory at Sectionals to take on the task of winning Regionals. Glee returns at the perfect time, hot off its ‘dancing heels’ from a Golden Globe win for Best Comedy Series, and several best actor and actress nominations. With tons of new songs, a Madonna inspired episode and special guests like Jennifer Lopez, Olivia Newton-John, Molly Shannon and Neil Patrick Harris, the Glee club’s hunt for a Regionals win promises to be an exciting one.
